Campbell was pooped after swimming a long time before we came home.  🙂

Morning swim!

Campbell turned Gigi’s scale into a treadmill.  It was fun for a while… :).

 

And, later, we tried to get some cute pictures of Campbell and some family pictures.  🙂

Campbell was so excited to see mom and dad when we got back.  We went on a treasure hunt in the rain even!

And, he was excited to show us his ninja costume!

Today, Campbell got to help Antar and his crew remove some trees at Gigi’s house.  He had such a big time.  :).  Antar is the one who found Campbell’s chainsaw!

Later, Campbell got to re-enact a cool wreck with the golf cart (his heavy duty wrecker) and Gigi and Papa Doc’s cars.  🙂

 

Gigi and Papa Doc got Campbell a new ninja costume.  He loves it – and his horse Chaucy.

Later, more swimming!

And, Gigi thought Campbell’s eyes matched his pajamas!

Campbell had fun watching the lot around the corner being cleared for building.  They’ve been taking down all the trees and it’s been big fun.  Campbell even has the same chainsaw as one of the workers.  :).

 

Campbell had a big time going on a police route after dinner around Gigi’s circle.

 

 

Campbell and dad invented a new game – going on a fire route with water guns from the pool.  Great idea.  🙂

Later, dad and Campbell hit golf balls onto the floating golf green in the pool.  🙂

After that, Campbell did some swimming!  He’s getting really good at jumping and swimming to us!

After swimming and before we got his clothes back on, Campbell slipped out the front door and went for a naked scooter ride…

Later, he played the piano.

Then, more swimming and a rescue route!

 

Today was our anniversary, so Kim came and babysat while we went to play croquet.  It was about the only safe thing we could think of to do to celebrate that was safe.  We played even through the pouring down rain but it was still fun!

Earlier, Campbell did his best Harry Potter impersonation.

Then, Campbell and mom went around and delivered mail (parts of the newspaper) to all the neighbors.  Everyone was so nice, and Campbell loved it!

And, of course, we had to get some swimming in.  Campbell has only been to a pool once since we were in Jackson last time, but he jumped right in and did great!

And, Dad and Campbell did some work on some street lights around the neighborhood in their bucket truck (dad’s vehicle).

Yesterday, we came to Jackson for a visit.  Gigi and Papa Doc are out of town, so we get the place to ourselves for a few days.  It’s our “vacation” for the summer because of the pandemic.  Of course, we couldn’t come without our dress-up clothes.

More sidewalk repairs with the jackhammer and excavator.  And, Campbell loves to put up barricades!

 

Today, Campbell and dad did lots of different jobs.  They played with the jackhammer and did construction and used the excavator (and mom was an inspector) at the park.

Later, it was time for a fire route!

And, in another costume change, Campbell dressed up as a knight after his fire route.  🙂

And, we went on an excursion tonight.  Campbell knocked the fake rock off of one of the power boxes near the pond.  And, one of our neighbor friends was nearby and saw what happened and brought us a rake.  Then, while dad was trying to fish the rock cover out with the rake, Campbell pushed him into the pond!  That certainly made it easier to get the rock…. But, dad got drenched.  And was mostly a pretty good sport about it.  And, did he smell bad after being in that water!  🙂

We had a fun day today.  First, dad and Campbell (and mom) wore their cool American Ninja Warrior headbands.  Later, Campbell inspected dad’s car, built with magnatiles, and played with dad’s Father’s Day gift from Campbell – a toy jackhammer!

Later, Mom, dad and Campbell went on a police route.  We got some cute pictures of Dad and Campbell!

Today, we went to the golf course and had a great time.

Later, Campbell and dad did more painting at Bentley’s house

And, Campbell has a new interest and a new favorite TV show – Highway Thru Hell.  It’s a documentary series on The Weather Channel about a heavy duty towing company in British Columbia.  He’s obsessed with the big rig wrecks, and he’s started reenacting the with our vehicles.  🙂

Today, Campbell and dad were painters.  They went to Bentley’s house and Julie and Tracy’s house to paint.

Later, Campbell gave Rainbow kisses.  Our kittens are so sweet to him.

Later, we went on an adventure and took pictures with Campbell’s camera.

And, we came home to find Rainbow sleeping on top of Jeeves.  I zoomed in from the doorway to keep from scaring them so it’s a little blurry but so sweet how much they love each other.

We went exploring to a new park (well, an old one, but one we haven’t been to in a long time in the other part of the neighborhood.  We got in on some peaches on the peach truck and went to pick them up over that way.  It was so fun to go to a different park.

And, I know this isn’t a cat blog, but Jeeves and Sunshine are so sweet together.

Also, after getting back, we’ve finally gotten through some more of the learning to swim videos and pictures.  The date on the camera is messed up, so I’m not completely sure what day was what.

But, here, Campbell was being a swim instructor!  And also swimming really well!

 

 

We went on an explorer’s adventure this morning.  Campbell loves his camera!

Later, we went to the park again.  Campbell’s new favorite thing is to play hide and seek in the park!

Mom and Campbell went on a police route in Campbell’s police cruiser this morning.

And, later there was a big fire in our dining room, and we had to use our robot to help put it out!
