Today Campbell discovered the feather/fishing pole cat toy.  He loved trying to get Jeeves and Shamu to play with him/it.

Another day that I missed on the big camera.

We had fun mowing yards (and streets and sidewalks) around the neighborhood.

Then we wen’t down to the river to play soccer and with “big sticks,” which is one of Campbell’s current favorite things to do.

Today, Mom left to go to Minneapolis for a conference, and Dad took Campbell to the Children’s Museum to go grocery shopping.  He had a great time until it got super crowded, then he said “go home!”  :).  Dad did a great job by himself for several days.

Today, Campbell burned his hand on the toaster oven!  🙁  He was pretty good about it, though, and thankfully it isn’t serious.

And, more picaboo fridge.  🙂

I found this picture on the big camera and missed it when I was doing posts.

It looks like we may have a new house going up in the neighborhood.  They’re doing some of the yard/lot prep – and that means a lot of trucks and equipment for Campbell to check out!

More pool fun today.  And, Campbell started learning to swim and to use the kickboard and to put his head under water by himself.  He’s getting so big – I think it’s almost time to think about real swim lessons!  🙂

Today, Campbell got into the pool and enjoyed splashing around!

Dad was spraying water on him from the pool noodle, and he loved it!

Later, he loved getting wet under the fountain.  🙂

Campbell got into the spirit today.  He got a picture with mom and dad before the croquet tournament.  (Incidentally, dad’s team beat mom’s team in the finals (though lost to mom’s team earlier in the tournament)).  Special thanks to Kim for helping Gigi babysit so mom and dad could play!  🙂

Campbell didn’t really want to get in the pool yet, but he did have fun nearby.

Later, Campbell got to help Gigi put bandages on her bobos from surgery.  🙂  He was really pretty understanding that she couldn’t pick him up or do as much as she usually does with him.

Campbell got to see the concrete pumper trucks pouring concrete for the foundation on the new house across the street from Gigi and Papa Doc’s house.  He got to see 20-30 concrete trucks come and dump their loads into the pumper.  It was a good day, and he’s been talking about the concrete trucks ever since.  He even got to take his own concrete truck out there to watch.  🙂
