It won’t stop with the cold/rainy weather, so we’re so grateful for the golf simulator!
Later, we had fun playing with our construction outfit while driving around with our friends on the scooter. 🙂

All Campbell wanted to do after the monster truck rally was to play monster trucks. He set up a super-elaborate rally on the steps with magnatiles, trucks, cars to jump over, and friends to watch. It was super creative and fun – and impossible not to step on as you were going up and down the stairs… 🙂
Next week, Campbell is Dandy Lion of the Week at school, and we’re supposed to make a poster with some of his favorite pictures and activities. The other posters have been made with glue and and markers, but I’m not really very good with this stuff. I will say that I brought home a draft of the poster last night, and Campbell told me we were missing a fire truck picture on there. He was right, so I added it and then sent it off to be printed. 🙂

We had the sweetest Valentine’s breakfast at school this morning. All the children cooked breakfast (cake, sausage and egg casserole, fruit, muffins, etc.) for the parents to come and eat. It was so cute and so nice.
Gigi went home yesterday, but Papa Doc stayed and got to see Campbell in action at the golf course. It was pretty cold, but we had a great time and got a great video of him with his driver.

Today w went to Dr. Frizzell to check in about potty training. We’re still having a hard time with #2, but he blessed our current plan, talked to Campbell, and gave us a couple of new suggestions to try.
We did get some measurements.
Campbell’s birthday invitations came in the mail today. 🙂

Campbell’s getting better out of the sand! 🙂
Campbell’s really doing well with his chipping!
Dad created a nice montage of Campbell’s swing. Pretty cool. 🙂

And, here are a couple of great videos of Campbell’s swing in the super-cold weather in the park across the street.
Today is Dad’s birthday, and Campbell made a cute birthday video for him since he was in Virginia this morning.
Unfortunately, dad was late (flight issues). We missed going out to a fun dinner, but thankfully Bing picked him up and Campbell did get to stay up to say Happy Birthday and snuggle!
Lucky got to go to the golf course this morning. 🙂

If you haven’t seen it, Campbell is so funny after he picks up his putt from the cup. He shows you the ball just like the pros do to acknowledge the crowd. It is hilarious. 🙂
And, I love these two series because it shows the full range of Campbell’s swing. Pretty impressive really! We’re so proud of him!

Later, we went to the airport to drop dad off (though he didn’t feel like cooperating for pictures…)
And! The finished product!

Each child gets to bring Lucky the Dandy Lion home for the weekend. This is our weekend! We’re supposed to take him around and take pictures of everything he gets to do over the weekend.
He got to play with Campbell on the golf simulator…

And, meet Becker…

And, to snuggle with Campbell before bedtime.

We went to church, and Campbell wore his cute sweater from Argentina. 🙂
