Campbell has been a little sick, and has a cold with gunky eyes (but – we don’t think pinkeye since his eyes aren’t red).  But this was his message for Aunt Brannon and Papa Doc about his eyes.  🙂

Aunt Allison came to visit this weekend, and Campbell got to go out and see Stewart play at the soccer tournament.  At first he was shy, but then he was all about Aunt Allison.  :).  And, he realized that soccer tournaments are super-boring. :).

Today, we took Campbell for a haircut, and after we got to ride on the trolleys that are finally back and free for the next couple of weeks.  :).  He loved the trolleys.  :)\

So, we took Campbell to the dentist today.  It started off well (hence the smiles) … but once they tried to clean his teeth, he wasn’t having any of it.  He didn’t scream or cry, but definitely didn’t cooperate anyway.

Later, we went to the Redbirds game, which was super-fun.  Campbell especially loved meeting Rocky.  And, someone gave him a foul ball, so we’re pretty sure he thinks he’s going to get a ball at every game.  In fact, when I told the guy who gave us the ball that, Campbell said “yes, I will.”

 

 

Bubble lawnmowers are the best…

Today, Campbell found out that his cool birthday lawnmower from Charlotte blows bubbles.

Later, while mom went to the NICU, Campbell and dad went to have a popsicle and listen to music at the Montessori school. 🙂

Today, we had a busy day!  We started with our first soccer camp day.  A new program, Soccer Shots, is in Harbor Town with classes for several age groups.  Campbell’s group will have soccer practice for the next two months from 945 – 1030.  He has a couple of neighborhood friends in his group – Keller and William.  He was a little shy at first, and then we told him to go sit by the coach, and he went and sat right next to her and put his hand on her lap.  And, then, he kept trying to kick the ball super hard instead of dribbling…  They said he was really fast and kicked hard, so we will see where that goes.  :).  Here are a few cute action shots.

Afterwards, we went to William’s birthday party, then went home and got all our stuff together to go to Oxford for Double-Decker.  Campbell napped in the car and then went to hang out with Pat-Pat and Bing while mom and dad went to the square.  It was super fun.  The drive home was pretty long for Campbell when it’s not a nap time, and he was pretty unhappy a lot of the way home, but it was a fun day on the whole.

 

Today, Campbell got to play with Aunt Lizzy’s trucks and wish her happy birthday.

Today, Mimi didn’t come, so dad got to play with Campbell.  They got to have fun using the edger and playing golf this morning.

Those paying close attention will hear that Campbell called himself the golfer named “Kiefer’s Campbell.”  Kiefer’s is mom’s favorite restaurant in Jackson, so this is pretty hilarious.  🙂

And, we always love bath time.
