Today, Mr. Willis sent out the links to Family Reading Night. This is normally an in-person event, but they created a virtual event. Many of the teachers chose a book and read it. Campbell wanted to create his own take on Family Reading Night. So, so cute. :). I love how he showed the pictures in the books to the audience and introduced himself just like the teachers did. 🙂 He absorbs everything. 🙂

Campbell got to stay home from school today. He had a runny nose. We’re sure he’s not sick but we wanted to be extra cautious just in case. He was so excited to do yard work and see his friends the landscapers! :).

Campbell wanted to be a pirate today because Gigi and Papa Doc brought him some cool pirate accessories (a monocular, a treasure map, and an eye patch, and a treasure bag).

We went on a fire job this morning around Harbor Town. We stopped in the business district to put out a fire in the new taco shop patio. While we were there, what did we see? A real fire truck and firemen at Tugs! Good thing we were dressed for the occasion. Super fun! 🙂

Later, we built a fort in the guest room and worked on demoing a wall in our house. :).

Today was Campbell’s first day of in-person Senior Kindergarten @ GSL. He was excited to go and walked in like a big boy! His teachers said he did a great job jumping in, learning all the routines (and getting used to wearing his mask!). He loved seeing his friends (especially Alex and all the girls!) on the playground! We are so proud of him.

We did jobs around the neighborhood with wood from Mr. Derek’s project that he let us borrow. 🙂

Later, Campbell was so tired, he fell asleep on the couch!

More jobs with dad: Road Repair and Heavy Duty Towing. 🙂

And, Campbell got to read his books to Mrs. Horton today. 🙂 I think it’s fair to say he did quite a bit of improvising…
