Today, we got to visit with Lucy, May, and Matt.  They had so much fun playing together – so sweet!  And, so fun to see May.  Lucy’s little sister Rosemary is coming on March 21!

Campbell loves to snuggle with Callie.  She doesn’t run away and lets him pet and hold her.  🙂

Today, Pat Pat & Bing took Campbell to the Farm Show at the convention center.  Campbell had so much fun, and Mom and Dad appreciated having the time to pack and work since we were heading out of town for Spring Break this afternoon.  He loved it!  And loves his new John Deere hat!

Today, Aunt Julie came to visit and brought Campbell’s birthday gift from Brannon & Julie.  It was a fun “party” truck and a police car and fire truck.  He was one happy kid!

And, we discovered that he can break dance…  I need to see if I can get a better copy of this video, but you can see enough!  🙂

And, they had a blast playing basketball on the porch.  🙂

The water has been rising and will go up to almost 42 feet in about 10 days.  We’ve been seeing the rising water and talking about the flood, and Campbell has had lots to say about it…

 

 

Today was birthday party day!  We had such a fun time!  Campbell’s party was at the Fire Museum.  Both sets of grandparents got to be there, and a lot of Campbell’s friends from school and from the neighborhood too.  The Fire Museum itself was super cool!

Gigi made an amazing fire truck cake, cupcakes, and a fire wall complete with flames and firefighters.  And it all tasted great too!  Thank you Gigi!

The kids had such a good time playing on the fire trucks and in the ambulance and especially going down the fire pole!

 

Then the kids got to meet the fire dog, and Campbell got to walk him over to the other building with the cake.  Super cute!  He’s so sweet with animals.

 

 

It was a great day all around.   Happy Birthday Party Buddy!

Today mom and dad got to bring pizza to Campbell’s class at school for lunch.  It was super fun!

Later, Campbell got to hang out with Bing and open his birthday presents from Pat Pat & Bing.  🙂

It’s birthday day!  And we had a super and fun day!

I love that Campbell loves books and his dad so much!

 

We went for a donut before school.  🙂

Then mom got to go to school with Campbell where it was his turn to be Dandy Lion of the Week!  Mom got to stay for circle time when Campbell got to tell all his friends about his cool poster.

After that, we had snack time, and Campbell got to share sprinkle cupcakes with his friends at school.

He has a very special way of eating cupcakes.  🙂

After school, we went to visit Mr. Willis in the library so Campbell could pick out some new books to borrow.  He loves going to the library to visit Mr. Willis more than anything!  He asks if we can go every day!

Then, we went to Crosstown Concourse to have Elemento pizza for lunch (Campbell’s request) followed by a Popsicle (also Campbell’s request).

After nap, Campbell opened some presents from mom and dad.  🙂

Then, we went to a special pizza dinner at Hog & Hominy for birthday dinner.  Followed by a stop at Muddy’s bakery for a birthday cupcake and celebration.
