Today was a busy day for Campbell.  He got to go to his first physical therapy appointment outside the NICU.  He did great!  We’re supposed to make sure he doesn’t always turn to the right side since he favors that one, but nothing to worry about at all.

Then, he visited the plastic surgeon.  He has a strawberry/capillary hemangioma on his head that showed up a few weeks after birth and has gotten even bigger since then.  These are a kind of birth mark, but it will hopefully go away after a few years.  We hope his will be covered up by his hair… at least for a little while until his hair line looks more like his dad’s.  :).  The one on the left is from when the hemangioma first appeared near the end of March.  The one to the right is from today.  You can see that it’s bigger and more raised now.

In other news, Campbell also went on his first road trip to Jackson!  We made it all the way from Memphis to Jackson without having to stop to feed him, which we thought was pretty good!  He slept most of the way, so it was pretty easy.
